This didn't turn out the way I wanted it at all. Jaggies and weird shading everywhere, inconsistent quality as well as some bad color combinations. I guess I am not good enough to do things like this the way I imagine them yet. I still spent quite a lot of time on it though, so I'll post it anyway. :O

The skies? That was just three different shades to represent clouds spread randomly around on a close to black bakground, and then dragged around randomly with the smudge tool. It was extremely random. xD

Dude you shading is great, unless of course you know that and your just fishing for compliments in which case its working. The shading works so well its simplistic in all the right area's I especially like the uchiha hair shading very nice using 3 shades, its not easy doing that well. Narutos hair is very difficult to shade in any great detail what you did is fine, and you backgrounds and rain effect are great.
